Identify QCIs in respective LTC facilities
CAP teams will have:
Increased knowledge/skills in extrapolating QCIs from RAI data
Completed T1-T2 measures of variables of interest in RAI/ MDS 2.0
By July CAP teams will have:
Identified QCI of interest

By end of September. CAP teams will have:
Measured selected QCI at 2 points in time

CAP teams will:
Develop profile of LTC facility incl. nursing job satisfaction (NJS) and staff turn-over (STO)
CAP teams will:
Collect facility profile information
Administer Nursing Job Satisfaction Scale (NJSS)
CAP teams will have:
Increased understanding of NJS with STO
Increased understanding of LTC facility and institutional climate
By end of July CAP teams will have:
Completed facility profiles and NJSS

Develop Educational Modules (EMs) as means to improve staffs’ ability in delivering high-value Quality Care (QC) to residents in LTC facilities
CAP teams will:
Attend workshop on develop- ment of EM with focus on QCIs obtained from RAI data
Develop EMs around a specific QCI
CAP teams will have:
Increased knowledge/skills in developing EMs with focus on QCI identified from RAI data
Presented and used EMs in respective facilities
By end of September CAP teams will have:
Completed EMs
Developed plans for dis-seminating EMs
